Empire Group of Companies, a developer based in Arizona, is slated to begin construction on its Village at Mayfair rental community this summer, with homes set to become available in late summer or early fall of 2025.
The Village at Mayfair is a build-to-rent community of 217 units on 20 acres of Mayfair’s 1,900-acre master-planned community.
