Adam Finkel serves as Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Scottsdale, AZ-based Tower Capital, LLC. His leadership has resulted in the firm establishing a strong foundation in Arizona that has expanded to offices in California and Texas, and the addition of structured finance experts capable of arranging financing for a wide array of commercial real estate asset classes including the Core 4, as well as several special product types. Finkel has served as a founding member of the firm since its formation in 2015, helping drive growth from completion of less than $100 million in financing transactions its first year to more than $550 million in financing originations in 2023, bringing total origination volume to $3.5 billion since inception.
Finkel has helped elevate the capital advisory firm into a position as a leading commercial real estate finance advisor throughout the U.S. Confirming that national stature, Tower Capital has been ranked on Inc. 5000’s annual list of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. Finkel was selected as a 50 Under 40 honoree by GlobeSt and has earned recognition as one of Connect CRE’s Top Mortgage Brokers. The firm was named one of AZ Big Media’s Champions for Change and was recognized as Rainmakers in Finance, Debt & Equity by GlobeSt.
Not only is Finkel well respected for his business accomplishments, but he and his team also remain very active in the community through NAIOP, CCIM, and ULI. He is equally passionate about giving back to the community and works closely with a wide range of philanthropic or charitable organizations. For the past four years, the Tower Capital team organized and sponsored the Angel Run Car Rally, a more than 300-mile car rally throughout northern Arizona to benefit the Pearce Family Foundation, a registered 501c3 that raises money to support families that have children with life threatening and debilitating illnesses.
The firm also provides community support to such organizations as the Brokers for Kids (BFK), an annual fundraising drive that raises money for Arizona based charities including the Boys Hope Girls Hope of Arizona. Other organizations the Tower Capital team are proud to support include Gigi’s Playhouse, Teen Lifeline, Child Crisis Arizona, and Pappas Kids Schoolhouse Foundation.
Prior to founding Tower Capital, Finkel served as Vice President at Johnson Capital, one of the country’s top real estate capital advisory firms with 20 locations nationwide. There he was involved in the successful placement of over $360 million in bridge and permanent structured financing on behalf of commercial real estate investors and property owners throughout North America.
Prior to Johnson Capital, Finkel was with Travers Realty Corporation, a regional commercial real estate brokerage firm headquartered in Los Angeles. He was one of the founding agents of Travers’ West Los Angeles office. He subsequently took the position of Designated Broker and Managing Director for Travers’ Phoenix office. During his tenure, his Arizona team completed over 500,000 square feet of leasing and sale transactions for local, national, and international clients throughout the state.
Finkel began his real estate career with Levrose Real Estate and Investments, a boutique commercial brokerage firm located in Scottsdale. He negotiated over 300 commercial real estate transactions at Levrose, which included office, industrial, and retail properties.
In 2014, Finkel earned the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a title held by only a small group of elite commercial real estate investment professionals. He is actively involved with the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
Finkel earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Communications from Arizona State University. He holds a Real Estate Broker’s License in Arizona.
