Alex Chenarides serves as a Senior Vice President at Tower Capital and is a member of its retail-focused, Capital Markets Group. Chenarides is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office and handles commercial real estate finance assignments for net lease, multi-tenant retail, and multifamily assets across California.

He previously served at Slatt Capital for nearly two decades and brings 24 years of commercial real estate finance experience to the company in roles as an investor, lender and mortgage banker. Chenarides has executed in excess of $3 billion in loans over his career encompassing all CRE property types while utilizing a full range of funding sources such as banks, debt funds, and life insurance companies.
