Michaela Clark serves as an Analyst at Tower Capital, where she plays a pivotal role in supporting the overall company. Her key responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing property financials, rent rolls, and proformas. Clark also helps create high-quality Offering Memorandums and other company collateral, while assisting with social media management and company marketing efforts.

She is involved in conducting due diligence, market data, and property data, while also managing marketing tasks, and maintaining databases. Her strong analytical skill set for reviewing and understanding complex real estate documents will add value as she supports the Tower team.

Clark holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Arizona, where she achieved such honors as making the Dean's List with distinction for two consecutive years in University of Arizona's Eller College of Management. Clark has a strong interest in health and fitness.
