David Stull serves as a Vice President at Scottsdale, AZ-based Tower Capital, LLC. He is a capital intermediary arranging debt and equity financing, including permanent, bridge, construction, joint venture, and mezzanine, primarily for industrial, office, multifamily, retail, and hospitality assets nationwide through a variety of capital sources including life insurance companies, commercial and investment banks, pension funds, private lenders, mortgage REITS, debt funds, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, HUD, and CMBS. He represents a range of sponsors from institutional real estate funds to local private investors. Stull analyzes the unique needs of each client to provide a customized financing solution to the borrower’s specific investment strategy.
Prior to joining Tower Capital in 2021, Stull served as an Associate at CBRE, specializing in providing comprehensive office market solutions, primarily within the Phoenix Metropolitan Area. He is actively involved in the National Association of Industrial & Office Professionals (NAIOP) and was a member of their 2020 Young Professionals Group (YPG). Stull earned a bachelor’s degree in Urban & Regional Development from the University of Arizona, with a minor in Business Administration from the Eller College of Management.
