Lucy Schreck brings a more than 12 years of finance and real estate experience to her role as a Transaction Manager at Tower Capital, LLC. Her background includes familiarity with Wealth Management, Commercial and Residential Real Estate, Retail Lending and Marketing. She brings a dynamic, positive, diverse mindset with a unique well-rounded skill set, to the team.

Prior to joining Tower Capital, Schreck career path led her to the real estate market, where she moved into an Independent Transaction Coordinator role, for both commercial and residentials contracts. It was in this role that her skills were honed in all aspects of real estate contracts, and she was able to use her years of world class customer service experience to ensure that every transaction she touches, is a seamless, smooth process for all parties involved.

Schreck began her career at Citibank in the Mortgage division, as a loan processor and coordinator. She quickly advanced into Mortgage Originations, with focus on Wealth Management investment clients looking to diversify their portfolios. Capitalizing on the operational experience she had within lending, she excelled as a Lending Associate working directly with the Producing Lending VP. Together, they were among the top 10 teams in the country within Citibank’s mortgage lending division and closed just shy of $100 million each year, in 2014, 2015 and 2016.

Schreck earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a double minor in management and finance from the University of North Florida in 2022.
