Erik attended Arizona State University where he earned a bachelor's degree in communication. As a walk on to the Arizona State football team, Erik earned a full scholarship and became the Sun Devils staring long snapper for the next 3 years. During that time, he was a 2-time Mannelly Award nominee and was twice selected as a Special Teams All American.

Since joining the Tower Capital Team, he has served as a Capital Advisor, utilizing his network and knowledge of the capital markets to source optimal financing from institutional and private capital for real estate projects across the country.

During his free time, Erik enjoys spending time with family, playing basketball, golfing, and working out.
